It's a bit of a "bull in a china shop" fix, but anybody still using the old MobiUnpack plugin isn't likely to update it now. And if they do, they can just manually uninstall the old one first.

Hopefully Kovid will come up with a fix that will make my bulldozer fix unecessary for other renamed/deprecated plugins.
