Soccer ball. I think that the top of the tower looks most like a soccer ball. The next word that comes to mind is "eyesore."

I bet that the Oak Ridge National Laboratory just up the road doesn't have a problem with slow Internet speed. ha I have a friend who works there (or, at least, used to--I haven't seen him in years). The next time that I see him, I'll ask him.
