I'm also in Texas - ordered mine from chapters-indigo on the 18th, received shipping confirmation on the 20th. I also ordered the wrong cover, which I have received, ironically enough, as I have not as yet received the KA1. Frustratingly, the shipping info has been updated on the chapters website and says that a delivery was attempted on Monday morning at 11am. Which is not true, as I was in!
More frustratingly though, it says on their website that delivery was attempted and a card with pick up instructions was left. Not the case (I've been all round the outside of the house and looked under the door mat too!).
So I've just been on the phone to Canada and obviously they can't do a great deal from their end right now but they are getting their billing department to ring me tomorrow morning. The hope is that they will be able to track which carrier the package was handed to at the border and so provide me with a US tracking number.
As I ordered the wrong cover (at the same time, but under a separate order), I believe the KA1 will have been sent via UPS Ground, as this was how the cover arrived on Tuesday.
Just so ironic that I get my cover which I have no use for whatsoever, and no KA1.
Hoping I have good news tomorrow at least...
