I received the following email at the 23rd of January:

And this thing went as anticipated. They haven't sent me a tracking number and I doubt they sent the cover.
Furthermore I find the statement they had a lot of requests offending. I don't care if people ordered a ton, when they obviously ordered AFTER me.
I've sent the whole email correspondence to the European Consumer Center and the French-German Chamber of Commerce. I doubt they'll do anything about it but I hope they might keep an eye on them if they get more complaints over time.
ETA The deleted all my facebook comments. Even I can't see them anymore as if they never existed.
