I remember years ago there were some people who had problems with the pinch-to-zoom feature of the Aura being activated accidentally when swiping to turn pages, so you might try turning that feature off. Also check that you are running a recent firmware version, as there was a bug in some old firmware versions that prevented the feature being turned off.
If the problem is in the book then, as with any other publishing problem, you can either complain to the publisher and hope they fix it (a waste of time with most publishers, but there are a few exceptions), or you can remove DRM and fix it yourself. But detailed instructions of how to fix it are difficult to give without a copy of the faulty book, or at least the stylesheet and a sample of the html, to see exactly what mistakes the publisher has made.
