Well I managed to find an Ebay seller who still had some old stock and he added 2 covers to an old Ebay listing. I have bought one but there is still one unit left if anyone else is interested.

I can't vouch for the seller and hope everything is genuine but the only other place still with a cover was amazon.co.uk with the list price of about 75 pounds.
