I'm playing this one under the "fictional character" rule, since it refers to the movie Johnny Guitar.

I would really have preferred to play The New Adventures of Johnny Guitar, by Tino Izzo, but I have no way of knowing if that song refers to a character or if Tino intended it to be a nickname for himself.
