If in the future this changes and DRM-free KFX books become widely available, I will revisit.
The reason I was so interested is this. I have been using Calibre for years to catalog all my books (1200+). Without KFX, all my future books will be unable to be cataloged. This means, going forward, that I must stop using Calibre.

To me, it makes no difference if the books are DRMed. I use Calibre to catalog all my ebooks, and plan out my future reading schedule. Without KFX books, I will no longer be able to use Calibre to do this.

I hope you will reconsider installing KFX support, so it will allow me to continue using Calibre. KFX seems to be the next step towards the future of the ebook industry. It would be a darn shame for Calibre to be left behind.

Please reconsider.
