I get only the images from the pdf file into epub.

So how do I get the scanned books into text that I can set my preferred fonts on?

Do I need to use another program for example something that converts the scanned book into doc format or something? I managed to do that but the calibre wouldnt take the doc format

On a side not I also wonder about real images in the book that illustrates somthing for example, can I get the formatable text convertion AND the images?
