Someone mentioned having success using the link from their newsletter, instead of the link in my initial post of the promo. That didn't work, either.

I did use Chrome this time. I had to open the message in full to use the link (as usual), also tried the link after opening the page in a browser.
Can't try now, of course, as their system now recognizes that I downloaded the album under my email ID.
I've had problems on their site in the past that were cured by a full reboot (which often downloaded a Flash update and, at the least, dumped all old remnants of Flash from memory).
