For future reference -- or use calibre's built in Open With feature.
It's configured via
View->View specific format->Open XXXX With... (button bottom right), or via right click XXXX format in Book Details panel and select
Open XXXX With....
The
Open With items created will available in Preferences->Keyboard Shortcuts->Open With.
The feature would be easier to find, if the Open With submenu were in View's drop down and context menus
