Mostly I use the Kindle apps on android and fire tablet. It's not perfect, but the vast majority of my books are in the amazon cloud, so it's just the easiest to use. I keep my books backed up to calibre, but I don't want to make managing books into a hobby. Scrolling and sorting the whole list is quick on Android, I don't bother with collections. Kindle apps also support Overdrive library checkouts.

I do use Moon+ for non-Amazon sourced books, but I may start emailng those into the Amazon cloud instead.
