If all what you want is to change the cover image of the book you have already downloaded to MapleRead, then there is a much easier way. Do it inside the app completely. This works for all editions of MapleRead.
In any Library view, open the Metadata page of the book (long press and tap
Get Info). Tap
Edit, then tap
Cover Image. Choose something like "
BookBookSearch" (1 out of the 5 options). Long Press on the cover image you like and tap "
Save Image". Tap "
Save". Done! Is this what you asked for in the first place?
