I was on chat with a CS Rep and a supervisor about My Name is Markham for over an hour (Longer then the short is
) and finally had to resort to the screenshot posted here and the discussion we had about this to get a refund.
I have never had this much difficulty with Audible over a mistake of there's. I hope this is a one off incident. However this is the second major scuffle I have had with an Amazon company in three months. I am at my wit's end with them at this point. I do not like having my time wasted like this.
The My Name is Markham short is NOT free on Audible anymore.
