With most any issue at Audible it is hit or miss. I had an issue with a title a couple of years ago. It was a compilation of shorter stories, and the author had made a mistake putting the compilation together (they repeated a story twice and left out a story that was supposed to be in the compilation by the description). I had a hard time communicating with the Audible rep, so I broke it down so a child could understand (track x starts with the phrase "xxx" and track y starts with the same, tracks 5-7 and 12-14 all have the identical length, etc.). Not only did Audible work with the author to correct the problem they gave me a free credit for helping them work through the problem.
