The Smashwords omnibus has straight quote and -- for emdashes. And given the fact that there is no KGStudios is all the proof you need. The domain kgstudios.com is up for sale. If a publisher and/or distributor is able to have these books, then they would be easy to find and their domain would not be up for sale.

And yes, I did contact Smashwords back when this omnibus was first discovered. Nothing was ever done about it. If KGStudios is real and has the worldwide rights, then for sure Hodder & Stoughton would know this.

And finally (for now) why would these books be only put up at the two easiest places to game?
