No shock there. Both are new innovations.

They are also two different companies.

Price does not count as a comparison.

To me that comparison was apples to antelopes.
Comparisons need like or similar items. The only thing they have in common is e-ink.
They cost the same anyway because one has to factor the cost of either a leather cover (which is approx. 60€ for the Aura ONE) or the official Kobo cover, as the Oasis comes with a leather cover.
