You have a few choices. You can still get the Boyue T62+. It's very similar to your Onyx C67ML Carta. The main differences: better battery life and a bigger partition for apps you install (1 GB as opposed to the 339MB of the C67).

You could look into the Onyx C67ML Carta 2. It's practically identical to the Carta, except for a sharper screen (300 dpi as opposed to 212 dpi).

There is also the Boyue T63. A 300 dpi screen, a 1GB user app partition, and good battery life.

All are 6 inch screens; all should be around your $150 budget. Any one of them should work well for you.
