Are you questioning the legitimacy of the three audiobooks by Blackstone Audio and sold on Audible?
Not exactly sure where you see that. When I bring up the ebooks on Amazon US, all three are listed as EOS.

The Crystal Cave - EOS (April 9th, 2016)
The Hollow Hill - EOS (April 16th, 2016)
The Last Enchantment - EOS (June 6th, 2016)
