Really, you are certain that millions of devices would have zero purchases but seriously look at the Amazon ebook prices now, no bargain compared to Google or Apple, OK they can keep the device prices as is but why not allow the buyer 50 ebooks free, the point is they make cheap Fire Tablets because they want you in their ecosystem buying things, they will ultimately get the better end of the deal and you are stuck with a locked and at times inferior product.
