Thank you so much for your swift response. The download went fine. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem and I think this Kobo is trash as I expected. The touch screen does not respond. I was hoping to fix it since my Sony PRS-1 is almost dead - the writing on the top left corner is missing and I have to guess at what it is supposed to say there. Hopefully the Kobo Glo that I ordered will arrive one of these days and I'll be good to go again.
