With koreader you have inbuilt OPDS support and recently there is added framework that in future probably would support many cloud services, but at the moment only Dropbox is actually implemented.

With KSM you can also use syncthing (something like your own private synchronization server, after you set it up): https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...8&postcount=82

KSM+koreader is one of additional programs you need to install, but it is fairly easy after you read instructions.
