If I remember correctly there was someone in this thread having the same problem and I think they solved it with a hard reset and putting the new firmware on once again. But before you try this, please make sure my memory doesn't fail me and search the thread. Or ask David For, he is my hero and seems to know everything about the Kobos. And he is a really nice guy who answers asap :-)
Aw shucks

But, yes, make sure the Aura ONE is on the 4.2.x firmware. If it is still using battery rapidly, do a factory reset and the setup again. This will include the update to 4.2 without stepping through the intermediate firmware. Some of the battery issues have stuck with some devices even when the update was installed. The factory reset will solve this.
