Your translation of "Block Analytics Events" (Bloquer les événements d'analyse) is a bit fuzzy: I think it's about Analytics, the Google spyware: "Bloquer Google Analytics" or "Bloquer Analytics" if you are fearing of reprisals from Google Omnipotent would be less French but clearer.

This isn't Google analytics, or at least not directly. There is a table in the database called "AnalyticsEvents". The entries in the table look like usage analytics. They appear to be more about how you use the device, rather than what you read. The contents are sent and cleared when you sync to the Kobo server. The menu item adds a trigger to the database to prevent the table from being populated. And hence nothing is sent to Kobo.

As for French translations in general, I think they are often too long: the first text on the back of the third book on the Calibre splash screen is uselessly long and oversteps the length of the book back:

For the translations, I'll accept whatever I'm given as it will be better than what I can do

I'll let you sort it out between yourselves. But, keeping the overall style in-line with calibre is probably a good idea. And that means if someone notices an English message in the plugin that can be improved, please tell me.
For the calibre application itself, the translations are cloud sourced. If you want to contribute, see
