Not currently, and it's actually a fair bit of restructuring to make it work with the CLI utilities as I understand it. I'll keep it in mind, but I'm not actively maintaining these anymore (as I have time, basically).

Do the books work when you add them with calibre? If so it's something about how you're copying them. Remember the conversion only can have a single extension ('.kepub' in this case) because of how calibre treats the file name, but a KePub file actually has a double extension ('.kepub.epub') that the Kobo reader requires. Sounds like you're using Windows, so make sure you've got Explorer set to show all file extensions before you go trying to make any changes to file names.
