Actually, it's more likely to be phrased as a negative - "We won't be able to help you if you have problems").

<sigh> I can't help but wonder, if all U.S. telecom companies included Wi-Fi built into their standard routers, would you be complaining that they "bundle in features we don't need just to over-charge us! They should offer Wi-Fi devices separately so people can choose to save a few bucks if they don't need it!"?
If not you, I'm sure there are a vocal subset out there that will complain no matter what. Some folks just need to hate.
