I happen to own a used Kindle purchased on eBay....

I buy and sell regularly, since old days, too (back when occasional sellers selling their personally owned items were not treated like second-class citizens in favor of high-volume professional retailers) and have rarely had a problem as a buyer. The one or two times in 16 years that I have, eBay stepped in and resolved it for me.
As I seller, I have almost never had a problem until this past month, which I will call "The Month of the Stupid eBayer" with people bidding stupidly and cancelling or asking me to cancel their bid(s) for no reason at the last minute. I wish I could give those folks negative feedback.
Maybe I should go to the vent and rant thread.
p.s. I have sold a Kindle on eBay...wonder if graycyn bought it...
