I honestly did not fall asleep until I had been in bed, trying to go to sleep, for about three hours last night! That is extremely rare for me. From now on, no espresso for me within at least 5 hours to bedtime.

I actually own four (or maybe it's three--I think that I broke one) cappuccino/espresso cups. They're tiny, compared to regular coffee mugs. I know why now. BTW--they're pretty nice. One especially nice feature (besides the fact that it keeps you from drinking too much strong coffee) is that they (at least mine) are double-walled glass and do a super job of insulating the beverage.
Mid to late 80's, I was neither in high school or college. Bit busy with life.
Though mid 80's was my dexatrim phase. Only 4, 5, 10 a day. No, I wasn't heavy in any shape, form or fashion.

I think my espresso mugs are either packed in storage or have long since found a new home.
