Try to enter recovery mode:
To enter recovery, press and hold BACK button and POWER button at the same time for 5-6 seconds. then move to factory reset; press POWER button to enter.
If it doesn't work, you could also save the last update into sd card and then apply it in recovery, but I'm not sure about that.
Otherwise, it could be a battery problem. Is it fully uncharged?
