We're in the 4-6" zone for snowfall.

Anticipating mass panic, I did my Saturday grocery shopping this morning at 7 am before work - quite the surreal experience - like being in a Twilight Zone episode - huge grocery store with 3 customers in it. I snagged one of the last loaves of bread in NC!
