I'm researching today, off and on, to see which libraries I might get a membership for a fee, and if I have to go there in person. That's the deal-breaker for me.
It's a huge job finding one that has the selection of books I would like to be able to check-out

but as I mentioned somewhere, I am moving back to my home-town in Spring, if all goes as planned, and I will just renew my card then
