Paperwhite 3
I suspect this may have been asked before but I cant find it so apologies in advance. I had a basic Kindle for many years. I created lots of collections on it. When I started the kindle up I got a list of collections followed by any books that had not been assigned to a collection (or vice versa depending on how I had left the sort criteria).
Sadly the old kindle died so I recently bought a new Paperwhite 3 that has (I believe) the latest firmware on it. I have since been busily transferring books from my Calibre Library but also am being shown virtually every book I have bought from Amazon. Now I am starting to organise stuff into collections again and find that I can either see a list of my collections BUT no books at all OR a list of my collections followed by a list of ALL my books regardless of whether they are also in a collection! Sorting by ALL or Downloaded seems to make a small reduction to the number of books shown but it is a mix of downloaded and not downloaded rather than anything consistent!
Am I doing something really silly or is this just the latest example of Amazon's inability (unwillingness?!) to have a structure that lets you manage your library in the way you want and from PC or device?
Sorry for having a bit of rant but I am a 'neat freak' and this lack of order is really frustrating.
