That means it is electronic waste.
Or maybe a used screen - that might have a small value on the used parts market because K4's have a tendency to break their screens.

Keep in mind -
The K4 is the Kindle that is glued together - it takes careful work to take it apart.

Note:
There is no thing here nicknamed a "Kindle 4 Touch" -
it is either a K4 or a Kindle Touch (KT).
Use the first four characters of the device's serial number (shown on that device's page of your Amazon account) and this table:

Although for this problem, the actual device model does not matter, it is just "spare parts" now.
