Hey guys, thought I'd post a follow up here...
Unfortunately there's no good news, she went to the store and said as RickyMaveety advised but the manager's reply was merely: ok, sue me.
The guy told her that when he funded that store he wrote his "no change, no refund" policy and that when he'd get "our lawyer's lawsuit" he would simply sent him his copy of the receipt and the store policy as he had done several times before.
I have to say that was unexpected. From what my girlfriend tells me, the guy seems like one of those full time crooks. It's a shame she's tiny and looks so sweet otherwise results might have been different...
So, to sum up, I'm still stuck with 505 apparently...
