IMHO other languages are perfectly fine as long as the "names" are verifiables somehow, perhaps with links, references, lyrics, translations... and not obfuscated by their script like the name here or the performer here were transliterations or searchable english equivalents could have been included.

If it is clear a *name* is submitted, then why not.

I have modified the rules listed in Post #1 to allow foreign-language songs as long as the actual song title contains a person's name, just like with English-language songs.
