That will run the package installer, same-same as you did to run it during the jb steps.

Since you have to use the booklet form of KUAL, which is in the update_*.bin format, you have to dump that one into /mrpackages also.

NOTE:
UYK ==> For AMAZON update packages
MrPI ==> For MOBILEREAD update packages
You have no choice in this matter and not our doing, Amazon's.
