I had numerous submissions in french (and was planning for more).
There also were others like
this one from @Luffy.
IMHO other languages are perfectly fine as long as the
"names" are verifiables somehow, perhaps with links, references, lyrics, translations... and not obfuscated by their script like the
name here or the
performer here were transliterations or searchable english equivalents could have been included.
If it is clear a *name* is submitted, then why not.
