first, check that error message (in kterm) -
The command to enter is:

There will be a long list, just watch out for any line that mentions:
/dev/mmc
/dev/mmcblk0p2
You probably want to put kterm in landscape mode (two finger touch to bring up that menu).

At a guess, this reads like a scripting error -
/dev/mmcblk0p2 is the 'other' OS (diags) and RP has to modify the diags image.

But the script may clean up after itself and you will not see any mention in the output.

Can't know until you look.
