Kobo Aura ONE and Overdrive/library books

Being able to borrow books directly from the library via Overdrive on the Kobo was a big selling feature for me for getting the Kobo Aura ONE.

However, couple of issues:
1) I do use Overdrive on other devices (my computer and phone), and I like downloading my books on more than one device. After some jumping up & down, I managed to get it to the point where I can borrow a book on the Kobo, and still download it on the other devices; but if I download it to the phone or computer first, the Kobo shows it as unavailable.
So, Kobo first, then phone = okay; phone first, then Kobo = not okay.
Am I doing something wrong, or is that an Overdrive for Kobo glitch?

2) Is there a way to search for library books without scrolling through the whole of the Kobo catalogue hit-and-miss fashion - in other words, can you narrow the search to library books only?
