Bookeen support now seems quicker to respond to their ticket system . Not too sure they're better at problem resolution .
Have recently been gifted the Muse frontlight , mostly seems OK ; irritating that the Home screen has to have a link to the ebookstore . Still early days but I'm not too sure about the frontlight , it seems on full to only cover the lower half of the screen and on 50% it's a bit patchy in illumination . It's not easy to replicate on a photograph ....
