Poppaea: I can't remember; was your cover a black one with black lining, or was it a custom color and lining? If it was black/black, I'd expect you to get the same treatment as me: reimbursement. (Or a choice to get the other cover.)

I called them today and you are right, it is more than one person. The one I talked to had to read some of the mails to be informed but the one she send me afterwards putting our agreement in writing was signed Cynthia.
Nah, mine was custom made but I didn't think I had to be contend with taking a totally different style and thus wanted my money back.
Well, they now agreed to send me a new cover in the style I intially ordered. As it has to be made again but she told me when I'll get it (by the 11th of Jan) and the email states it will be shipped urgently.
They took out the sleep/wake magnet but the magnet that closes the upper lid will be stronger now. I asked for the sleep/wake magnet to be installed into my reader, but I am not sure they'll do it. I never hold the cover bend over double so it didn't bother me the first time and wouldn't now but I guess they don't want to give me any more reason to claim mine doesn't work properly in the future.
I am totally agog if there really ever comes a cover or not.
