WTF... so three different people get three different treatments for the same problem.
Could it be that "Cynthia" is more than one person; that the entire support department mails by the name of Cynthia, and your treatment depends on whomever you happen to be in contact with?
Poppaea: I can't remember; was your cover a black one with black lining, or was it a custom color and lining? If it was black/black, I'd expect you to get the same treatment as me: reimbursement. (Or a choice to get the other cover.)
