It's only the first two omnibus volumes of Blame! out of six. The remaining four haven't been released in English, yet (volume 3 is due March next year).
The CBZ files are higher resolution than Amazon's versions (about 50% higher for the two Blame! volumes and three Sidonia volumes I checked) so even if you have the Kindle versions it might be worth it for the upgrade.
