Yes I have, several times, at first I thought I was confused and that it was not possible, although I seemed to remember having had the same problem before and having it solved with one of the plugins, the next time I checked the options on the kobo plugins, when it didn’t work I tried again by checking and unchecking the option. Then I searched the forum to see if someone might had the same issue and didn’t found anything.
To make matters worse now I have books in some collections but the glo shows those collections as being empty.
I connected the glo several times to see if the metadata would update, but without success, I tried to update the metadata with kobo utilities, but the collections are not listed in this plugin so it also didn’t work.
I decided to logout from kobo in the glo to see it it solved this problems, only to discover that the glo can’t connect to my wifi network, tried several times, checked the password, and even put the glo next to the router and nothing worked, so I had to install the kobo desktop in my pc.
After having done the configuration I still have the empty collections, and additionally I have the one that I had created in the past and that are in the kobo server, so now I am more frustrated than ever.
I think that tomorrow I will try to logout again and create a new account, today I’m lacking patience for more tinkering. The new account should solve the problem for now.
