I wear a ScotteVest, a vest with tons of big pockets. Plenty of room for my iPad mini (I've even carried a full sized iPad in it), iPhone, earbuds, distance glasses, reading glasses, multi-tool, tape measure, flashlight, Kleenex and other useful items. While originally designed for travelers, it's the ultimate geek garment. I'm pretty sure that coolness doesn't come into play.
