I have a Tolino Vision 3 HD - a really good 300dpi screen, but no page turn buttons and no sd card. Collections can now be partially managed via Calibre. As for rooting, I tried the well publicised method and ran in to the same problem some others have experienced - only succeeding with it if system language is kept set to German.
