You are taking the checksum of the wrong file.
The *.bin.md5 file CONTAINS the name and checksum value of the *.bin file.
That panel field "Original file" -
You have the name of the checksum file, not of the *.bin file in that field.
To get that correct, use the top 'browse' button to select the *.bin file, not the *.bin.md5 file.
The bottom panel field shows the correct md5 checksum (correctly).
