I tried the custom menu header bar reduction by 50%. I found that it was not easy to tap the icons. I then tried 33% and that works much better.

Also, for those installing 4.2.8110, if you've had a different hyphenation dictionary, remember you'll have to reinstall. I had to reinstall to get hyphenation back to working properly.
