Your profile didn't mention your location. Mention of the Nook led me to assume you are in the US.

Two that fit all your needs and are available from Amazon (via resellers) are the Icarus Illumina ($120) and the Inkbook Obsidian (Currently unavailable. It comes and goes).

I believe these are both the same device, just rebranded. I haven't ever seen either, so I can't personally endorse them.

If you could lose the 300ppi and page turn buttons, you could buy a Kobo Aura off of eBay for $50. If you want new, there's the Aura Edition 2. In my opinion, there isn't any improvement from the Aura to the Aura 2 and you lost the SD card slot, so I'd recommend spending half the dough for a better device.
