I'm not seeing any problems here. The extended driver was still available after installing 2.75.0, and I was able to uninstall and reinstall it with no problems.

Can you check that the plugin has been removed properly. Look in your calibre configuration directory, in the plugins directory and make sure there is no file called KoboTouchExtended.zip. Afterwards, either redownload the file from the first post, or use calibre to download and install.

If that doesn't fix it, there might be an earlier error error. To see that, you need to restart calibre in debug mode and have a look for errors in the log produced when you close calibre.
